NFL Week 9

Our defense finally played together as a unit, our DC and OC finally didn't get outcoached, we finally find our feature RB and we don't have our QB who was finally starting to look like a franchise QB. 90.9 rating, 14tds to 4ints and he's out for the year while Kellen Clemons wastes all that. Such is life for the Rams fan. We have paid heavily for our Super Bowl. Why can't the football gods let up on the karmic foot on our neck? Other teams get to have success for more than 2 good years. And we even got cheated out of the 2nd of those years.
I think we all know how Peyton Manning spent his day on Sunday during the Bronco's bye. Dressed up in a Nick Foles jersey and playing QB for the Eagles.

The Texans kicker lost the game for us. But the silver lining is, it looks like we have a very good QB in Case Keenm.

Agreed, but as a Miami fan, I wish they'd done it sooner. This guy has a bad history...
The Chiefs defense sure looks good, especially against teams playing their 2nd- and 3rd-string quarterbacks (I think four or five of their opponents have had that distinction).

I heard about the extortion-like hazing from veterans toward new players that has been going on with the Dolphins for awhile now. About damn time this nonsense gets exposed and dealt with.
A few glossy layers of the NFL have been peeled back this season and we find ourselves a murderer, this Incognito guy, and the concussion coverup. I realize this isn't the whole NFL, so put down your pitchforks NFL lovers.
I am impressed with the actions of the Dolphins today. I just hope they haven't known about this already, and were moved to action by the publicized reports.

Yep... The Chief's will need to score a lot more offensive points to keep up with Denver, which aint happening

That was my immediate thought as well. How can you be in the front office, or even remotely connected to your players, and NOT know about stuff like this?
It has shades of Penn State all over it.
Yeah, instead of Denver's 40-point average, they might only put up 30.
And Denver's defense is showing tangible signs of improvement.
That was very disappointing to see Rodgers go down and out of the game. I hope he's back before the playoffs.
