NHL Playoffs!

Sharks are out...

Sorry bro.

I actually found myself cheering for the Sharks just because of you. One of my buddies from Pittsburgh asked me why I was cheering for the Sharks since he knows I am a lifelong Pen's fan. I told him it was because of my boy Serg. He asked me who Serg was. I told him it was a dude I know from online. Then it hit me that you are affecting my life away from TB! :D

Awww, why thank you... :D

BTW what's happening to Pittsburgh? I heard a rumor that they might be moving... :(

PS just for record, even though I said I dislike (some) fans of sharks... I’ve decided that I am still a sharks fan... :D Go sharks next year... :D

Well, if the goalie is wearing his equipment, theres no problem :P My only beef is players backing into you so far that they push you into the crossbar. I ended up hitting a guy a couple of times in the back with my glove, buzzer goes, he turns around and crosschecks me in the throat. Before my defence could take a crack at this guy, I started throwing punches. Got him into the corner, on his knees about to hit him with my blocker. Refs pulled the guy away.

That was in a tournament too. I made it into the all-star game of the tournament, lol. Well, it could have to do with 43 save game, that fight(we lost the game), and then 2 shutouts, and another 40 save performance(same team as the 43 one, but they beat us 1-0 the second time). Damn, I miss playing goal.

Hmmm, I think its gunna be a Ducks/Sabres final, with Sabres winning in 6.

I kinda think the ducks are on a roll here. I was at the games all season and for a while was not very impressed, they brought out some young blood and it seems like a bunch of young guys out to prove themselves. Calgary taught them a good lesson about how to play physical and they took that with them to chicago. something like half that team has never played a playoff game before and they are on a mission to make their first time their best. I'm rooting for the Ducks all the way.

our fans are not the worse I guess, as there are always leafs fan... Just joking, leafs fans are like ******** children, and who doesn’t love those.
:D
The only people who like the leafs are people from Toronto. Everyone else hates them. Generally speaking, most of Canada (not just Québec!) dislikes Toronto and the leafs. :D

In my pond hockey experiences, the goalie was whoever couldn't skate, and his equipment was, well, nonexistant, except maybe for a couple magazines tied to the front of his shins under his pants. ;)

So with resent developments... who is your pick now?

:D
Well, the easy choice is that the East will take the cup. But they're playing two different types of hockey right now, so it's tough to say. The East is all about speed, and the West is very physical. I think Buffalo looks really good, but I think I'll refrain from making any picks now. I'll be happy with any of the four remaining teams taking the Cup, and I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the best hockey I've seen in a long time.

My heart wants to see the West win it, though. Edmonton (for the Canadiana), and Anaheim because they've got a lot of Winnipeg ties. Either way, this is truly playoff hockey. It's awesome.

The Ducks are done as far as I'm concerned, they will have a hell of a time trying to accomplish much of anything in Edmonton, maybe a win bt not pulling back from the series. They played decently last night but just couldn't put anything in and then there is Pronger, that guy is just too big, and hes good. I do hope they come back to anahiem once more so my tickets don't go to waste.
