You had that problem, too, Rosie? I thought it was just mine. Although - after they had kids of their own, not only could they hear me talk, they actually do what I suggest more than 50% of the time.

In other news, singer Julia Marcell is coming out with a new album soon. Indie-Popish music; primary accompaniment is piano and strings but not normal, cheezy pop strings. These are really tasteful arrangements; I like it.

It'll be out in Germany Sept. 30 and Poland sometime in October; no word on a US release. I found out through an email from Germany that arrived very early this morning, lucky me. I should have a promo release sometime soon. She does have an album and an EP presently available though...
