Modern P. This is second bass I have had them in Yes, I like them very much.
And, if anyone is curious, here is a short demo of that other P-bass with blades.

I have wondered what those pickups sounded like.
My '96 Fender American Standard P Bass sounds good with rounds but besides that it's kind of lame.
I have been considering switching the pickups out but don't really want to mess with the stock too much.
Who am I kidding I really don't care about things like that. If it's not sounding like what I want what is the point in it?
