Damn right we are. I get razzed about that all the time when I won't buy pedals without the box. But my pedals also stay in great shape when not in use.

If he does it isn't on his website--the one he does have there doesn't do that--although I suppose I could get two & join them together myself...I think he makes one that can be ganged together, so it doubles in size.
Do you talk about the Dragonfly series?

On the left was the first version with two levels & used elastics--the one in the center & on the right is the newer version which uses zip ties (the friends who bought one got zip ties & the $6 case included in the $66. If he even did a 10 pedal size done I'd probably get one.Hi Jebberz,
I was talking about the "BugBoard" in a post on Page 2 of this discussion. Sorry for the confusion. This is the image from that post:

Nonsense.
Zip ties are made of nylon.
Not sandpaper.
...
And how many minutes of stepping on a pedal switch will cause catastrophic damage to a pedal?Nonsense.
Even though zip-ties aren't made of sandpaper, bits of grit from your shoe get on the pedals when you stomp on them, no matter how tight you yank down that zip tie, some of the grit is fine enough to work its way under the zip tie. Each time you stomp on the pedal's switch and the pedal moves a micro-millimeter each time under the zip-tie with a bunch of micro-abrasive dust and dirt from your shoe...
I've got one pedal that is zip-tied on my small gig board and the rest got velcro, but it's my experience with bikes and seeing frame finishes worn from zip-ties that's the proof in the pudding – shift cables and brake cables zap-strapped out of the way on the frame and when I go to replace the worn out cables and housing after clipping the zap-strap/zip-tie paint abrasion. Not to mention the non-fade on some frames, kind of like how a Lake Placid Blue P bass can turn green while under the pickguard it remains blue.
It's not a question of IF the zip-ties are going to scratch your pedal, it's a matter of how much it WILL after what duration.

Aclam has recently released some universal power supply clamps.

I'd like a small holeyboard, but by the time it is where I am it'll cost more than I'll spend.
Now I am tempted by either a small temple or aclam board.
Would be nice to have a pedalboard at last.
What's the deal with Jojo Guitto boards. Are they an aclam rip-off, or license or...?
