It's a Pedaltrain Nano+.What board is that?
Man, no kidding! I picked this up a couple weeks ago in the classifieds as a single unit and it's making me rethink my whole setup. I was planning on building a mid-sized all purpose board that would be able to handle 99.99% of the situations I'd ever encounter consisting of a GLXD-16, Cali76 CB or Deluxe, HX Stomp, Jet Micro MIDI controller or Morningstar MC6 MIDI controller, HPF/LPF combo, and Noble.I think I could get used to this.

I already have everything except the Morningstar MC6 and I was just waiting on my Noble build to be completed (hopefully in about two more weeks). I picked up this current setup as a stop gap solution since it had a Noble and I fully intended on selling it when my new Noble build is complete.
Truth be told, right now I only play in church and this set up covers roughly 85% of what I'd ever have to play in church minus the occasional chorus effect. I can always switch the OD out for a chorus pedal if necessary or just take a chorus as a tagalong with this setup when needed and just sit it on the floor and plug into the Noble. It truly is making me think about selling all that other stuff.

Cool, I'm glad you mentioned the Micro-Thumpinator. I forgot all about that. I love it because you can mount it under the board for a neat and tidy look. This is my exact board with me having a Shure Wireless, Cali76CB, SFX Thumpinator (have one coming) and my Noble. Amazing setup for sure.
Thanks! This is pretty much my board except I have a barbershop (in route to me as we speak) instead of a blueberry and a phat phuk B. I run a wireless and micro thumpinator under the board. Maybe I should get a micro tuner pedal to get it all to fit on a nano+.It's a Pedaltrain Nano+.
Asking only out of my own ignorance, but could you please explain how (and why) to do that? I would truly like to learn. Thank you.using the Noble as a subtle "under the mic" signal for asynchronous DB recording projects.

Sure! I just record the bass part on two channels simultaneously. One channel is the mic signal, and the second one is the direct signal from the pickup into the Noble. In the mix, the Noble is more "felt than heard", but it really adds some special sauce. Here's an example. As to the why, it's because the mic sound has a lot of air and doesn't sit as solidly in the mix as with the solid skeleton of the Noble signal underneath the skin of the mic sound.
Is that what you meant?
Thank you! I enjoyed your music a lot. Now I understand much better, I think. Is that what you meant?
