I agree, for the most part. I used Countryman, BSS, and mostly JDI for years. I'm on iem 90% of the time and usually plug into the backline (usually SVT) on festival stages. I also have a B|AMP/F112 for gigs where we can't use iem. The Noble made the biggest difference to my tone compared to anything else I have used. My iem mix tightened up and became more "plush" as soon as I plugged it in. My bandmates noticed the same thing. We almost always have pretty big p.a. support with real subs (I'm also a sound provider). I ran the HPF switch on and bass around 1-2:00 on the Noble (until I got a Broughton RFE). It also sounds stellar in the studio.
That being said, this forum is terrible for GAS and there is an Oracle on its way. I will compare the 2, but will likely put the Noble up for sale very soon. It will free up some funds... maybe for a(nother) bass cab.
