Nominate your favorite single cab solution for *most* gigs

There are more gig hours on my SWR GIII (freckle face) 410 than anything I own. Still have and still love...

Spending some time with a recently acquired Epifani UL 210, so good so far.

But, here is what I've been thinking for years...... I think this would be a nice setup:

A single Epifani 3 x 10 with a duplicate if it's ever really required.

I thought the 310 was <50 lbs but what do I know?!? The weights do vary by version (I have the I & II...don't quite match but nobody has commented). I use a matching Epi Performance PS 1000 head as it utilizes (2) separate power sections, one per cab (5.25 ohm). Comes in handy when running both enclosures as I don't like to run anything at ~2 ohm (single power amp / parallel). The 310 has the same impact as a 410 but with an abbreviated footprint and manageable weight.

I went from a flat back 810 to one of these.
Always set them up off stage closer to ears.

i just ordered a fender bassman 610 cabinet, hope it can handle all situations for me

I'm using my Ampeg PF115HE cabinet in small to medium rooms at comfortable (low) volume. I'm starting to like the virtues of a sealed cab.
I let a trusted bass player use my rig (Aerodyne Jazz w/Chromes, Ampeg PF 800) during his set.
I sat way down at the back of the 250 seat room and was surprised how very present, clear, and deep it sounded.
Now my "go to" rig.

Cool, what speaker did you use?

Eminence Deltalite, and bracing techniques from lightweight wood boatbuilding which would be impractical on a commercial build. The Deltalite seemed to me to have a smoother response curve above 1K than the basslite.

It was 88 posts before I saw mine, Acme Low B. If I bring anything else the band gets upset.
They love the sound of that cab w/Gene Benz Streamliner 600.

Over this side of the pond I've only ever seen one SVT 810, that was at a gig where I was an audience member.

It didn't rock my world and make me want to rush out and buy one, in fact it was rather lack lustre and since that day I have wondered what all the fuss is about. (I do accept that one is not really a representative sample size however.)

It was the CN212 for years, and I've been using a HDN212 for the past few years.

Perfect for almost everything.

Mine is the GR Bass AT 212 Plus (not the Slim one). A super-lightweight (31 lbs) 900 watt cabinet that’s big enough to carry a large room (and wide enough to support racked gear). Friends and “roadies” are all blown away by the great sound and light weight.

I still have the BF Super twin and Super Compact and Im realizing the Super Compact covers anything with FOH, except maybe big theaters or huge venues where the FOH sound is overwhelming. w/o FOH the Supertwin will cover 500 people outdoors. IT is crazy. These things take power and give it.
