Although I've only had it a week, and one three set gig, I can see my Bergantino REF112 being my goto cabinet.
I've been using one or two GK neo112's for a couple of years, but the Berg seems bigger than life. As one who grew up on big cabs, and likes the sound of big cabs, the Berg gives me the best illusion of lots of paper moving.

The rack has a Shure PSM-900 IEM system, Shure ULX-D Wireless, Mesa WD800 amp.

Been running this DYI rig for years. Love running the combo for portability. That's all about to change in the next few days... New Mesa WD-800 and 2x10 + 1x15 are on the way. I am literally like a kid waiting for Christmas for the delivery guy to get here.
I've been very happy with a Bareface Big Baby II for pretty much anything the last 3-4 years or so. I double up for bigger gigs but the single cab handles quite a bit.
My favorite cab is the Bergantino NV610T. It's huge a not huge but it's much heavier and difficult to load in/out than the Barefaced so it sits in my basement studio relegated to home use. I may start looking for a smaller version of it as I love the sound that sealed 10's deliver.

I have the D-800+ / 210 / 115 setup. I think there is at least a slight chance you're going to smile.

Each Cabinet 27 is 8 ohms.
I'm going to get another sometime next year.The Cabinet 27 also works well as a vocal monitor.Ive also used it as an emergency PA cab.. Sounded good. There's two 7. Inch drivers & a tweeter. If you don't mind a bit more weight there's a Cabinet 47.
I already have a 27. Didn’t want to invest for a 47 at moment. Was thinking of getting a second 27
I’ve been using nothing but 410’s on all my gigs for the last 5 years.

Just my opinion here, but I never liked using a 410 for small gigs. It always felt like it was holding back, like driving a Maserati around a parking lot. Maybe it was all in my head, but there you go
