Noob Question. Hooking Up Bass Cab.

Chances are that this cabs jacks are all wired together in parallel, so you should be able to connect your amp to any one of the four cab jacks.

But here's how I'd do it:
Depending on which style of speaker cables You have, you'd normally connect your amps speaker output to either one of the two left-side cab inputs. (left looking from rear of cab)

Then, select one of your cabs two right side conectors to plug in a secondary extension cab (if used), again depending on what style of speaker cable is used.

ps:
Make sure your cabs ohm rating is corect for your amp!
Never use a guitar cord as a speaker cable!!!

Your manual should tell you how to hook up the amp to the cab.

Basically, you use a 1/4" jack speaker cable to plug the amp head into the top left 1/4" jack, or hook a speakon connector speaker cable from the amp to the bottom left connector.

The right hand connectors (1/4" and speakon) are used to connect this cab with a second cab. Again, check the manual for instructions and/or go to the manufacturer's online website if you are still unsure.

Let us know how it sounds! ;)
