I notice hair before enything else. I like it to be: long, wavy, red, or some combination of those. Obviously, a combination of all of those is best.
I also prefer somewhat substantial girls. I'm a bit over 300 lbs and would hate if I were to damage a girl by a simple hug. I generally say it as "I like girls who could beat up the average guy."

Green eyes for sure. I love heavy eyeliner as well - not too heavy, but just enough to be sexy. I also love it when you can see her underwear over the top of her jeans - not thongs etc though - the bigger the better to be honest - there is nothing more sexy than girl-boxers!

I've always been a sucker for blondes. but a brunette with glasses is even better 
maybe its because I'm a redhead, but i don't see the obsession with redheads, or I at least know better and stay away from my own kind

I've always preferred brunettes and redheads when I was dating. In fact, I can't ever recall going out with a blonde.
I also like the girls with a slight "plain jane" vibe. At least from my own experience, that's turned out to usually be a front for the wild woman hidden just below the surface.
Beautiful eyes can completely captivate me, too.
