NPD (New Pickguard Day) - Spitfire Content

Spitfire is great but Avantguard is the closest to real vintage.

But:

A) Good luck getting it in under a year or two and...
B) They are always aged, he doesn't do NOS style.

I got one listed on the website, the pattern was absolutely 100% the same as vintage, but it looked stupid on my shiny new P bass and I had to sell it.

The guy who bought it sent me this pic of it on his relic FCS. Gorgeous!!!

Afte this I placed another Spitfire order and am waiting on it now. Mark is the absolute best, super on top of emails, and a joy to work with. That alone is worth it over any other place. And they do mostly look amazing.

Yep, that’s my bass. The pickguard is beautiful but I had a terrible experience when ordering a separate pickguard from Avantguard.
