I think barring any issues the beta testers run into, I believe SA was aiming for April....let's hope.
The hardware is solid. The app is my concern at the moment. I want it to be out when the pedals ship. I am pushing for early April.

Any updates on this?

P.s. I left my contact number with the local distributor, waiting for them to bring it in.
The deadline for beta tester feedback is tomorrow night. We need to make a few changes and then integrate everything into the app. Really close. 1 or 2 weeks?
Beta testers blown away! Very powerful tool.

Here's a quick one take one effect clip. Using the 'Smoked Glass' setting with Voice Freq cranked up. Gain at 50%, clean mix is about 30/70 dry/wet. Treble and everything else at or very close to noon. This so far is my favorite setting to start with, cutting the gain even more for a subtle grit is very nice. Plus all the EQ controls, it really can go wherever you want it to.

Once the app is updated or I can program enough into the pedal, I will do a full demo video.

Yes.

We are finishing the final tweaks to sounds based of the feedback from the beta testers. The beta testers did outstanding work! Their feedback was easily applied to making key improvements.

Also, both iOS and Android apps are going to be ready to go at or near release. We are making final tweaks there too. Hopefully this week we will ship!

How good is it at getting more outlandish fuzz sounds? Like Megalith, FZ2, HM2, Mammoth types of tones.

There's multiple gated fuzz sounds, a more nasty sounding "grated" fuzz tone, and you can do parallel and cascading tones. Plus all of the EQ and Gate features. Lots of monstrous fuzz is available. :)

Wow it sounds pretty good. I'd usually use a darkglass with less gain, but cool!

I gotta tell you, I got rather resistant to digital as of late, but I'm really liking what I'm seeing and hearing out of the Aftershock. Might have to see what it's all about when it comes out. John's word counts a lot with me, and the price is decent and the size is not too big.

This pedal is going to replace a VT Bass v2, plus three others on my main board. I'm getting my hands on one ASAP, looking forward to when we can all share impressions.
