What brand bass is that? Did it come that way stock, or is it a custom paint job?

The strap is a Perry's that I purchased locally from Dale's Guitar Shop Link Removed the website does not appear to be up to date. There are also some listed on eBay, search Betty Boop guitar strap.

The bass is an inexpensive import under the "Galveston" name. The paint job was why I bought it. It is completely stock with the exception of a set of active EMG P-bass pickups.
