I also looked it up in 2 of my dictionaries at home and they came up with the same results for various correct pronounciations.

others, like merriam-webster, i suppose, take into account common usage. in these cases, the more correct (rather, more traditional) case is listed first.
in response to seeing the "new-kyoo-ler" pronunciation in merriam, i would rather not buy a dictionary from that publisher. but in changing times, what is regarded to be an error now may be what is correct later.

Both of the dictionaries were different brands and not very recent, but very excellent and exact. Both said "new-kyoo-ler" was a valid pronounciation.
You're saying that pronounciation is wrong because of politically-related issues that I dare not discuss in the "off-topic" forum.
