Thanks for the links. I appreciate the leads.

As far as a 130, maybe I just need to stick with the drill index and papers to get a good parallel cut. Was hoping to find an affordable and simple solution from a file set.

Are those welding tip cleaners really as bad as some say? (Sold by various sources as nut files)

Not a bad idea but tedious when cutting a new nut. When using drill bits, go a bit undersized and wrap with emery cloth not paper. They conform better and are less likely to crease. Great for tweaking nut slots with minimal danger of removing too much material.
