Double Bass NY Phil archives

Hi all

having an issue with the parts on screen. I can see a couple of full pages of a score but then the other parts are only 1/2 scanned. I have contacted NY Phil but there is no issue from their end although the issue has been reported before. Anyone have this issue or knows of a fix? I have used Firefox and Brave, with same results as attached.

What piece is it from? Maybe you can find it on IMSLP. The style looks like late classical/early romantic era.

Thanks Elberon, I am specifically interested in bow markings...but FYI, it is Mozart's Piano Concerto #24..
