AMT makes this mic using a certain size of "O" ring, I've been told by the AMT customer service rep it is 018.
It must cost a penny apiece, but it is a critical component because it holds the mic in place flexibly. Unfortunately, these O rings dry out and crack. Especially if you bow, the dust from rosin gets on them and eventually the rubber breaks. The mic is then unusable.
Does anyone have any idea where I could buy a few replacement O rings of that size? I don't need a thousand of them, only 10 or so...
Thanks for any input.
