You heard it. I'm in the final stages of the cables, accessories, basic hardware setup of my board. I want it to look ****ing PROPER.

Show me your crazy-neat, cabletied-at-right-angles, perfect length Lava cabled board and celebrate your OCD!!!!

HAHAHAHA!! My board looks like someone sprayed a piece of plywood black, taped the edges, then threw velcro down in a random fashion and stuck as many pedals as would fit on a laptop sized board. Oh, and I use 10 for $10 molded cables, the majority of which don't fit.

I save my OCD for...well...nothing.

bahaha mine would be alot more nice and neat but ive been changing things so often that i dont end up having the time to clean it back up before the next gig :bassist:

Muahaha, mine looks like Jimmy's minus the paint, edging and velcro. Pedals held down by bungee cord. In your face with the bass effects, don't look down there!

Promise to paint it once my Behemoth arrives. I'm not sure it will fit so I might be doing it over after two gigs with it. Good thing ply is cheap.

On the plus side, stray cable stows neatly enough between pedals and the gap between tiers. The power supply is on the underside. Once it's done it will almost be OCD approved.

Lava costs too much and my board changes too often, but here is my last one.

It's fairly tidy for me.

Not nearly! I attached a bunch of those zip tie mounts to the bottom of the board, and everything is zip tied to them. But it's definitely a jumble underneath. I have two One Spots for power, and the extra cable is balled up and tied down. Not pretty on the bottom!

I probably put way too much time and thought into mine:

I actually enjoyed the process of planning and putting the board together. However, it'll be a long, long time before I do it again! As it stands now, any pedal substitutions on this board will have to be a direct fit! :D

Now THAT'S what I'm looking for! All great boards, with mucho organization. Inspiring...

the one with vtbass was my first build. soooo not practical. i actually routed out 3/8ths deep cavities for all the pedals so swapping is not really an option and the cables all being underneath it is a pain in the a@* to diagnose a bad cable. they are the planet waves pedal board cables with the set screw so no i did not pull the cable up then solder it although i considered it since i had enough tips and cable lying around but i just spent the dough. The main squeeze board is powered by power all and i bought ten right angle extensions to push thru the holes and connect to the daisy chain then i bought corks to plug the holes. i had to file the cork with a round file to fit the cord. my plan was to buy a big old vintage hard shell suitcase to transport it but cant find big enough!!!!! cant think of everything i guess
