Octave Pedal Tracking

I used a Micro POG for a long time, but there's a ring-mod like over tone that really got on my nerves, tried to dial it out by following it with a parametric EQ after it, but no luck. I bit the bullet, got a POG 2, which is a much more versatile pedal, and couldn't be happier.

Glad to see they are keeping that terrible Spam pink! But, why the huge size increase? I'm hoping that's just the prototype and the finished model is at least a standard single pedal size.

All of their "pro-line" pedals are that size.

Cool--it's good thing there are different octave pedals that do things differently so we can all find the one that best suits us, our playing & our musical context--or in some cases--the ones...

Well, I haven't tried all of hem out there--but most of the ones I have tried have some tracking issues.
But I just bought a TC Electronics Sub N Up pedal--and it tracks great--including double stops, chords, arpeggios.

It does have a setting for classic Octaver that doesn't for those who like the that-plus a polyphonic setting & one for what they call one PRints--free sounds you can switch around for variety of sounds.
It comes with a default one as well.
(& you can edit/create your own as well)

It tracks much better than any other pedal I've tried.

The Sub N Up was cheaper than an iStomp during the BlackFriday sale at Prymaxe – but I still went with the iStomp 'cause it does octave down, 5th up, octave up and 2 octaves up. Hopefully it tracks well enough for my sub-par playing. What I'd like to ask is...

You can tweak that in the Tone Print Editor.

I haven't checked that or tried it out.
I know the EHX Pitchfork does 4ths & 5ths--but I found the sound didn't suit my playing.
I don't know that I would use that option often.
But if you do--then definitely get a pedal that does that.
