After a brief (and failed) experiment with solid state equipment, I bought an used SVT in 1985 and have never looked back. I've had it overhauled twice and I will never buy anything to replace it. After I saved enough $$ for the 810E and hooked it up, I felt like I could finally express myself, I found my voice. When the 810 got to be too much to move every week, I picked up a 410HLF and remain one happy tube driven dude. I have one 70's Jazz Bass, one amp, and more gigs than I can handle. Thank goodness for Ampeg!

I've got a BA115 combo and I'm already in the club

had a quick question though
would you guys suggest upgrading to an ampeg 1x15 and 2x10 stack? I think it would sound good, but I was wondering if anybody actually used the setup.
