I've put off posting this about my new Two10 until I was sure, but I can now say my V4b (reissue) has never sounded better. In my practice space I've settled on all EQ at noon and the thing has just never sounded better.
In my opinion, and with my space, I think I get more of what I bought the V4b for: the SVT sound without the weight and etc of my real SVT (which I sold). For my circumstances the SVT (which I loved and is a legend, of course), was just too much .. in various different ways.
But the tough thing for me to accept today is that the V4b (again, in my environment and in my opinion), actually sounds better and more SVT-like through the Two10 than through my Heritage 810.
Someone else might disagree, but to my ear, the Two10 has more top end right where it contributes to the grind I like. Not in an in-your-face sort of way, just in a very complementary and bass-friendly way .. when I'm going for grind, that is - it can also be quite clean. Oh, and it has plenty of deep, solid, clear and well-controlled bottom end, too.
The cab just sounds better to me every day and I am thoroughly pleased with it and the entire Barefaced outfit.
