Thanks. BTW, what exactly is " Max Continuous Broadband SPL ", and why is it the same for all three ?

Not sure how it's technically looked at, but the name implies that it's looking at the maximum Sound Pressure Level that can be generated by a continuous (vs. peak or spike) broadband or full-range sound (not one focused on a specific, narrow frequency band). So how loud can it be at the job of producing a full sound while you play a continuous series of notes, indicative of real world playing. Not just the maximum, specific frequency spike (say, a single, heavy snare drum hit) which is of little use to anyone playing music. It may even relate to how well the speaker in question handles transients.

The frequency range of the Faital is 35 -4000 hz, so pretty similar to the SC. The Faital is 99db sensitivity, while the SC is 95 db.

I have owned both a Basic 15 sans tweet and the SC. You will want the SM with the tweet rather than the SC if you find the Bassic lacking in top end crispness.

I sent off an inquiry to Alex this morning regarding what cabinet I should order. I'm looking for a lighter replacement for my Mesa PH212. My amps are an Ampeg V4B and Ampeg PF500. I normally gravitate toward a more vintage tone with a healthy low end so I'm guessing the Four10 would be the recommendation, but the Super Twin is definitely intriguing due to its weight. I primarily play fingerstyle though will use a pick occasionally (no slapping). Has anyone run an ST with a lower powered tube head?

Ran a Super Compact with a 200w Mesa Buster. I really liked that combo. The head was stupid heavy relative to the cab.

Man. I had thought of getting rid of my Two10 and Accountant compressor, because of other gear I had that covered those bases pretty well.
Well, I recently bought a Ric 4003, and that bass into the Accountant and Two10 is just too nice.

Me too. I love the One 10s, under either a Walkabout (my fave) or a D800 (my close 2nd). I have also used em as a 2.7 Ohm stack with a Mesa Subway 112 or daisy chained with a Walkabout 112 combo.....all good.

Right now I have an MB200, 500 & 800 I'm using. But I am not as gung-ho for the GK products as I once was. Now I'm giving some SERIOUS consideration for the Quilter Bass Block 800 and/or a D-800. I saw one pic lately on the group of someone using a BB800 on an SC, anyone else have my Quilter/BF combo experience?

Correct, I do have two One10s. They're fabulous! When paired they seem more than twice as good as one.
