You Barefaced owners NEVER SELL YOUR CABINETS!!!
I think it's an unpleasant blend of jealousy and envy! lolIs that advice or a complaint?
I'm gonna stick with getting the Genzler NC212T to start with, as my tendency to overthink purchases is really starting to kick in! That does NOT mean there won't be a second "downsize" purchase in a couple years!Lack of Barefaced cabs on the used market nudged my decision to buy Barefaced.
Is it a shared rehearsal space? If not, consider having one cab resident at rehearsal. I have 1 BB3 for gigs and leave my SWR 2x10 Goliath Jr. at the rehearsal space. 1) It's 33 years old and still slays with the replacement speakers that came with purchase and 2) it's about 65 pounds.Just seen the announcement for Active One10s. Looks like 200w (150w into the internal speaker with an extension out for another cab) and mono or stereo options. A single input with a volume control.
It's no good on practical level for me when it comes to gigs. However, the idea of being able to carry one 17lb cab to practice, plug my board with a preamp pedal straight in and be ready to go, is very appealing.
I've got two very nice Barefaced cabs that do the job just fine, and a couple of heads that don't need replacing. Need to spend the next few days convincing the GAS side of my brain that £1k isn't a reasonable amount of money to make my life slightly easier in some circumstances. Sure is tempting though...
Yeah, the Activier2 is a sweet little boxyeah, but its the S T E R E O bit that got me. And w the One10T and Two10T i already have, ill have multiple mono/stereo options all powered by one Activier2.
Sadly shared, we're in pretty infrequently and and we occasionally get bounced around between a couple of locations. It's also out of the way to pick up before pretty much all gigs we play as well.Is it a shared rehearsal space? If not, consider having one cab resident at rehearsal. My first Barefaced cab was a One10. It was loud enough for small indoor gigs.Is anybody gigging with two One10s...or with single Two10?
Is it loud enough? for your purposes...
I always gig with One10T and a One10. Plenty loud and sounds terrific! You don't really need the tweeter. Is anybody gigging with two One10s...or with single Two10?

What kind of band? What genre?
