Yeah, tempting, but I want to receive the One10 I ordered before buying another cab, lol. Are you going to get a 2nd BB2 then?
No. My only trade offer is for a 210. I'm likely to end up with one
I don't need it but it'd sure be nice.
So far, my only BB2 "complaint" is that it is a bit much for practice in the apartment. I need to EQ the lows way down to keep from punishing my neighbors. I realize this wasn't designed as a practice cab, so it hardly seems like a fault of any kind. More of an observation.
Man, they ship FAST from Brighton England to the US. I got my notification Friday morning that the cabinet was being shipped, and it is now at the FedEx facility in my town here in Wisconsin. It will be delivered today to my doorstep. That is incredible. It is a One10 cabinet, and I happen to have the perfect gig for that cabinet tonight. Original official delivery date was going to be Monday, so I am getting this early, and in time for this gig. I could not be more excited.
Mine was supposed to be friday, then it sat in London for 24 hours and apparently they won't deliver here on Saturday so, I won't be bringing a pair of two10 cabs to tonight's gig. I am not amused. I tend to have that kind of luck. I only have di gigs set up and this was my last loud rock gig to try the cabs for a long time. I ordered them specifically for this gig. Looking forward to some reviews.
Sorry you had the bad luck. I normally don't have the good kind of luck with these things, so that's a switch.
In this case, I think they used a magic carpet or an SST because according to Fedex tracking, it left England at 11PM my time Friday, and arrived in Indianapolis at 2AM, my time.
Supposedly its on the truck, but it's an hour past my revised delivery estimate. I guess I should wait until I actually have it to be gleeful. My next small gig for the One10 is January 9th so even if I didn't get it for today's I wouldn't have to wait too long for a chance to use it.
Got a message saying it was now going to be delivered today, called fedex and now.......it's still sitting on a truck 2 hours from me and will be delivered on Monday. Am I on a hidden camera show or something?
Ugh. I had my used BB2 delivered by FedEx to a location by my house. Tracking initially said it'd arrive on a Friday. When I checked in that Friday, tracking said it left from a hub a couple hours away at 1am and said Monday delivery. I couldn't figure out how it left at 1am and wouldn't arrive the same day, so I called to verify and the operator confirmed Monday. No Saturday delivery?!?! So that Monday I checked the tracking and I was at the location and had been there since Friday night, about an hour after I called to check in the status. Tis the season.

3:30 and still no Fedex delivery. I just missed it at the service center this morning at 9:05 AM... had just gone out on a truck. That service center closes in half an hour, but has no public phone. I guess I will go down there and see if I still have a chance today. Maybe my luck was an illusion.

Gigged that One10 last night on EB in a moderate volume setting (trio: keys, guitar, bass in a bar-in-a-restaurant). Tiny cab, like a tackle box. Used a TH 350. Sounded really good, much more bottom end than I expected. Handled a B string well. From the floor it projects a lot of solid bottom end like all the Barefaced cabs. I think this will be a very useful cabinet for me, and a good purchase. Gotta see what it'll do vs. drums and louder situations, everything has its limits; but so far very pleased.
Saw your other post on it. Did you try altering the port orientation (floor vs side)?
