I'm about two months into my 4 month wait for my Evo 5 lefty. Just last week Rob let me pick my top which just made me drool that much more. I'm going with a gold series wenge neck, birds-eye maple fretboard and a spalted maple Burl top. it's gonna be sweet! Are there any other lefties in here?

Thanks!!!! You're right, I bought her on Ebay... Bass it's inmaculate: no dents, nicks, scratches... you can say it's new!!! And that sound... sweet but powerful growl!!!

About the bass: I bought it as a gift to my dad, who loves singlecut shape and want to try one... but at the end he prefers my "new" 76' P-bass so I took the Elrick... I win at last!!!! Now she lives with me in Costa Rica, when there's only two Elricks: this baby and a Platinum Evolution 6st that belongs to a good friend..

The two ramps it's a great idea!!! I have to build one for my Elrick... I installed a ramp on my Nathan East some time ago, and I love it...

It's good to hear Rob talk about how important fretboard material is ... I'd imagine, due to countless past threads, that many TB'ers would disagree. I can just hear them now ... just like broken records.

Lately I've been severely GAS-N for a NJS 5'ver (capnsandwich's Elrick NJ porn hasn't been helping either )
