Official ESP club

Hi, is any one going to dish out club numbers for this thread? would much like one!

Love my LTD Viper 254, and my next mission is to get an affordable 5-string LTD like a B-55 or something.

A NZ $2000 LTD 5-string would also be cool in order to get another bass with EMGs that are active/semi active. ;)

Allow me to show off another B series!

This bass has an Audere 4-band preamp and is strung F#BEADG. The strings are Octave4Plus. I talked to Garry for a long time before purchasing the strings and setting my bass up for F#. That man is purely a genius.

mmmmmmm.....

I've been GAS-ing for a 6 string for a while, and this one has caught my attention....
What's the string spacing at the bridge on this one?

It looks like I'm finally a member of the club. My ESP LTD F-414FM was dropped off yesterday... holy hell, this is thing is so, so nice. It's a goddamn pleasure to play and damn, does it sound good.

I have an ESP TA400... I love the look and feel of the esps, but I really dislike active PUps and preamps.

I'd kill for an F series all passive with a 34" scale neck (the 35" on the TA400 is a bit of a stretch for some songs) and a purple flame top.

I LOVE my ESP Ltd F-205. I've been playing it continuously for over 5 years now in all types of bands playing all types of music. Matter of fact...I think the only type of music I HAVEN'T played is Metal :) This is a quality instrument I put up against anything twice the price. I'm all stock too. Just remember to change the BOOMERS from time to time for excellent tone. Only complaint would be that every once in a while the input jack gets a little loose and needs to be tighten'd back down

I posted this in the "Pickups and Electronics" section but it got no love... I hope somebody can help me out with this!

I have an ESP Edwards Jazz bass (E-T-125BZ) that is in need of some repair work. I'm scouting out new pickups and preamp and since I'm doing that I'd like to try to get it as close to the high end version of this bass if possible. I can upgrade the bridge but the pickups are a challenge. The ESP high-end version of the bass (the Buzz bass, a Tetsu sig model) has:

PICKUPS :
(Front)ESP Custom Lab CL-P-J-1n
(Rear) ESP Custom Lab CL-P-J-1b
CONTROL :
Master Volume
3 Band EQ(ESP Cinnamon)

What is available that would come close to these ESP "secret sauce" pickups and preamp? I know ESP uses a lot of Seymour Duncan stuff so maybe there is something from them that would work?

As for the character of the bass, the pickups are pretty hot (loud) and aggressive so I don't think we're going for a vintage or hi-fi vibe.

Any help would be appreciated!

I just picked this one up last week. I can't believe how nice it is. I think it is from the late 80's or early 90's. The top looks like flame maple, and you can't tell from the pictures but it has tortoise shell binding. It sounds great too, very smooth with the new flats I put on. If any one knows what model this is I would love to find out.
