Official Exquisite/Glarry/Burning Fire Bass Club?

Was this from the RobHe8875 seller?

update- contacted eBay directly. They were not willing to do anything until the "delivery date." I will wait, patiently, then close my eBay account. Amazing they’re willing to lose a 100% feedback member since 2004 over this.

I find this same attitude a lot with large companies it seems. And I think it just comes down to the fact that they don’t care. I think they just figure there’s however many more millions of customers and losing your business won’t matter. It’s not a good way to do business. Unfortunately that’s the way it seems to go a lot of times. I’ve had good experiences also, sometimes with the same company that I’ve had bad experiences with (Guitar Center, for example). I stopped selling on eBay for several years because a buyer left me negative feedback for no reason and I tried to dispute it. eBay pretty much said “too bad”. It is very frustrating though. I guess we will see how it goes with my (likely) refunds in the next few weeks.

That's good to know. My G is also all the way down when I get the string adjusted (mostly) properly, so if I I decide to shim it I'll remember to get their thinnest and sand it down a tiny bit first.

UPDATE: The bass has calmed down, the action is in a good spot however on the D and A strings I am getting an annoying buzz at the 16th fret when fretting near the 14th fret. Pretty sure I'm going to need to do a fret level up high.
<sigh>... I wanted a project

I forgot to mention that I had gotten a fret leveling beam, fret rocker and notched straight edge to practice amateur butch... I mean luthiery. I had a few frets that were pretty rocky. I didn't crown them the greatest when done, but it plays well enough for me to learn on.

Well the green $18 Strat is “out for delivery” in Miami (seems to be a common theme). I live in North Dakota so, not quite. No updates on the blue bass yet.

My seller is robhe8875 also.
I’m only about 5-6 hours from Miami.....lol! This is going to be interesting if they all end up in Miami. And @Jackcrow i agree with your earlier post- The bottom line is the most Important thing to any company. Cutting payroll, outsourcing your customer service to another country are ways to control your P&L much easier. It’s very sad, but only going to get worse.

when I explained to the "supervisor" from eBay, the amount of negative feedback ratings the seller has received recently, she quoted "let us take care of that." In what such way I asked? I could hear crickets chirping....
