I just went Eno Rat clone ( since Joyo isn't making one), and the UD is firmly in second place now. Man, my dirt is so cheap, it's practically sand.

Just got done scouring the interwebs for information.
I read one review where the pedal was opened and it's guts were compared to the Mooer pedal it's a clone of (The Black Secret).
The reviewer claimed they were the same, except the Eno had a few cheaper components.
I found a bunch of guitar videos, comparing it to Rats and the like, and it sounded pretty darn good.
Disappointingly I could not locate any videos of it, or the Mooer, demoed with the bass guitar.
I recorded our upcoming album with it. But we are still a couple weeks out before we do anything.
I'm so old--I remember when the rat pedal first came out; it was a hit. Still popular.

Yes. But that was kinda the problem. My tone was too dark. The Rat is exactly what I needed without getting too raspy.

Yes. Low end loss. In my situation, the perfect amount.
Most bass players prefer Muff over Rat circuit. I thought I was going to be a rat fan, after playing nothing but muffs since I started getting into effects a few years ago.
Ok, because I hear tons of rat (and muff too) love, but the rats just don't sound right.
Just received my Joyo UDrv.. (I ordered it right after reading what you guys were saying about them) sounds pretty good in front of the VT Bass pedal and I think it will work out nicely with the rest of my gear.. was on the fence looking at some much higher priced OD pedals... glad I came across this one... time to give it a new paint job. thanks!

Nice! Did he happen to list his settings? I'm sure his rig certainly helps quite a bit as well. Tubes...
Yeah, not using the UD much right now. It sounded great theough my B3K, but decided to just use my B3K a little dirtier to get that sound. Now I'm trying to get everything sounding good again, since before it all ran into a very low OD B3K to smooth things out. Maybe UD with really low tone will get me what I want?
