good choice, im a huge fan of the scheff, i recently sold my fretted(i will own another one)
but still own my fretless which im keeping forever.
the string spacing and the neck and body dimensions are the same as the 44-02 or 4-94, except with the extreme pickup placement, you can get some really fat(neck) and growly(bridge)tones and all kinds of in between. the soundclips up on the lakland site are a good example, except the fact that they were recorded flat, so add a little bass to the neck(thunderous) or some mids to the bridge(jaco who)
