I am flyin home in July to introduce my Son to his family back home ....oh yeah and to see U2 playing Live in Dublin

I have tickets for U2, in sept at foxborough, MA

i cannot wait!!!!

tickets were not cheap.

I went twice to see them on their Zoo TV tour. One was in Arizona 6th row center (!), and one in Vegas. They put on a great show! Also remember being in Joshua Tree, listening to their new (at the time) album, named after Joshua Tree. One of the best albums ever IMHO.Totally caught the essence of that place, and takes you on a journey. My mom is a hug fan! Not with them politically though.

I have this inter conflict with RATM....love music, disagree politically.

We're seeing them in Chi-town in September, although I'm SOOOO bummed we don't get to see Muse open at that date. They are VERY impressive live!

Other than Decades, is Lakland even building any basses with Chi's that aren't special order?

Same here, although I am against "Big government" and would like to see our people be truly FREE again.

I'm with Doug... keep the political views out of the music as much as possible.

I've had a Skyline JO5 CS for a couple of months now. Link Removed to some pics on the LOG site. I have it strung with JO flats right now and I really like it. I have another Chi-loaded bass with nickels, so between those 2 I am covered. Next is a fretless 5 string, but not for a while...

Hey thanks Grateful - very cool bass indeed. The Chi's do look cool. I'll bet it's fun to play. This is going on the "I really want this" list - right up there with a hollowbody. I may just NEED one of those babies soon. Anybody wanna give up a Chi'd hollow for a new Laki fan?

Yeah, don't think mine is going anywhere. I'll have to just save up if I gotta have one.

Right now my JO5 has Bart 57Js and a J-Retro. I have the original Fralins and tried to put them back in once, but was getting some weird stuff going on. Once I get that other bass , I'm thinking I'll get the Fralins looked at and maybe go passive with the JO5. Heck, maybe even some flats.

I wanted to go see Van Morrison here in LA at the Orpheum Theater. The cheapest ticket in the house was $175. Good seats were $350. That was from TicketMaster.

Ridiculous.
