Wow, didn't think myrtle got flame like that, well, I suppose its possible for any wood really, but you never really see it outside maple...

My tip jar is usually filled with washers, marbles, I.O.U.'s, parking valet tickets, business cards from other bass players offering me lessons.....

This, seriously, is one of those special instruments that I'm very lucky to own. I let it sit on the wall at my local store for far too long, and I'm just incredibly fortunate that someone smarter than me didn't pull the trigger first. As good as it sounded in the store, it blew me away seconds into my first gig with it. Flame myrtle over WICKED ash, Aguilar pre, and diamondwood. The tone on this thing is ridiculous.

I mounted a camera to the headstock of the bass.
I'm playing Invalid Link Removed through a Markbass LMK/Epifani 410 rig. Every once in a while, I feel guilty when I cheat on the Roscoe with the Alesis Micron sitting on top of the cab behind me...

I bought it primarily for a helmet-cam during backcountry skiing trips, but also used it attached to the outside of my car on a recent road trip through NC and TN. (I know Greensboro was only 250 miles east of where I was. We were tight for time, otherwise I totally would have made the pilgrimage to the Roscoe factory. Oh well—next time!)
