Lovely TWX from Korea.
Should have 5 controls and no PG.
As it has 4 controls and a PG, that suggests a preamp swap or converted to passive and a PG added to hide the evidence.

I just brought this TUNE Bulleye bass, here in the south of New Zealand from a guy living way out on a cow farm (cattle ranch). It could do with a pro setup I think as has a bit of fret buzz but still very playable and solid electronics. Absolutely love it, its awesome. I guess it must be an old Japanese made model...

I've owned Japanese, Korean and Japanese assembly from Korean parts. Loved them all and couldn't give a monkey's .... the origin.

Very cool. Bullseye 4s are quite rare, they're almost always 5 or 6. The example I sold here some years back is the only other 4 I've seen! An extremely unique bass in terms of sound and feel, and great build/wood quality.
AfaIk, all Bullseyes are MIJ, but the serial will tell us if you have a pic.
Here's the one I sold:

I acquired this in a trade a few years ago from a guitarist who'd bought it in the late '90s off the original owner, a Tune endorser in the early/mid '90s for whom it was built. This is, as far as I'm aware, the only Bullseye 4-string in existence, as the model was originally explicitly designed...

MIJs are often inkstamped up at the reverse tip of the headstock. You can see where mine was in one of the pics in the thread I linked.
Mine has no serial there or anywhere I can find. It is almost identical to your old one though. Only difference seems to be the triangle plastic plate on the front of the headstock on mine has no writing whereas your one has "TUNE Guitar Technology" in gold letters, mine blank

What can you tell us about the playing experience?
The long scale + narrow nut made for a slightly unusual feel in the lower positions, but nothing one couldn't adapt to, plus the long upper horn really mitigated any reach concerns. A more... "crisp" tactile response under the fingers with tons of articulation.I remember seeing it for sale, and thinking that I have never played a 36" scale bass.

May I ask where did you purchase these? Are they for 7 string basses only? Does this 7 string pickup work properly on the TWB-6 due to it's string spacing width?
I got them from Bestbassgear as I recall.
They were duo coils.
So there were no splits in the coils.
Seven string p/u size fitted the six's pickup routes +-
How did they sound in terms of its ability to pickup 6 strings instead of 7, meaning that all 6 strings would be picked up equally, with no difference in volume?
I remember that it didn't seem to make the sound change.
They were bar coil humbuckers.
Now you must know.
This was done 11 years ago.
The Tune bass that this was done to is no longer in my possession.
The ones that I have now are different ones.

Self made ramps.
Except for the EHB.
It came with a ramp.

Here's the add on the Serbian site, you can just slide through the pics. It has no serial number at the headstock. I am 99% sure it's Korean, but I don't know whether it's a newer or older one. I did play it, it's a good instrument, but I tested it on monitor speakers + DI combo, which is unsatisfactory for a serious test.

I'm no expert but looks legit to me, I guess I wouldn't be surprised if it was Korean. The Tune tuning machines Look correct and would be hard to fake. I hope someone I IDs it exactly for you, I'm just guessing newer Korean.
