Official Wren And Cuff Club

I have yet to see an official club for Wren And Cuff pedals. I just ordered my Tall Font Russian and would like to know more about their other pedals. This would be a great place to discuss the pedals and how we are using them.

I should mention I have a Phat Phuk B that is currently with Matt getting the Bias mod done (moving the internal trim pot to the outside). I'm pretty pumped to get it back! I'm looking to get either the Tall Font Russian or the Pickle Pie B as well...can't decide which.

I had a hard time picking between the PPB and the TFR too. From the sound clips I liked the TFR in the end. I wish the TFR had the blend knob too.

I'm pretty sure you can get a blend knob added. Not sure what the cost would be, but probably not much.

Id like to join, love my tri pie 70's w/ blend, had a TFR and though a great pedal, I like the TP7's more with my set up.

RE the blend on the TFR, I recall somebody on basschat ordering the pedal with a blend, and it's doesn't really work as well with the circuit as it does with the pickle pie (that's what I remember anyway).. for me, the TFR has insane amounts of bass, and I can't see the point / need for a blend...

Tell me more about the bias mod on the phat phuk... now I've moved to a P bass with hotter pickups, I find my phat phuk is a bit too dirty - but opening the pedal to mess with the trim pot every time I change basses would be a faff. Is this the answer??

Yes I think it is. I don't have the pedal back yet, but in another thread someone was raving about how awesome it was because it makes the pedal so much more versatile. Maybe he'll chime in (I forget his username). When I get mine back I'll let you know what I think!

I would love to join...but at present I'm a previous owner only (of a TFR and a Phat Phuk B). Maybe I should take this as motivation to get another W&C back on my board!!!
