To echo LSU921 - I'd heartily endorse David King, and would use him again in a heartbeat. Great quailty, reasonable prices, and truly incredible turnaround. I'm a happy guy.
 
New ramps!

I asked :D

He is setting up (or has set up) some jigs/tooling so that he can do these regularly.
The second ramp (between the pup and the neck) is unusual, but on fretless I play a lot over that range so I asked for it, and he made it.

Also (typical Joe, from what I understand), he sloped the ramp to match the neck angle so that the string height is absolutely even over the full length of the ramp.
 
Got this a month or so ago via CraigsList / NJ. Came with a Calzone flight case bigger than a coffin.

Sorry 'bout the lousy pic. This is an earlier model as it has the non-truss rod set neck. Feels about the same as my Status Stealth but I like the Bart pup / pre harness better.
