Offset/Staggered 410? Does what I want exist?

Homemade. Internally it’s two 2x10s, each with the same internal volume and porting. Lots of front-to-back bracing. Tuned to something like 52Hz if I recall. Eminence 2510ii neo drivers. Switchable tweeter. Weight somewhere around 58 lbs.

Super-easy to transport, with integrated casters, handles, and skid rails.

Cool cab, but even cooler bass! I wish I could make the vertical 410 work, but the head in the rack case is almost 21” wide so it would be noticeably hanging over both sides.

VERY cool bass though! Did you make that as well?

A number of good options have already been posted. A 410 vertical is about 48" tall and narrow. Here is a DIY staggered design with Celestion BN10-300X(4) drivers in a 34"H x 19.5"W x 15"D format which can have castors and a tilt back handle. The 19.5" width would be a good fit for a rack mounted head and is not so tall as to be tippy. This 4-ohm model has the cab tuned to 58.3 Hz. A 45Hz high pass would be advisable at high power levels to protect the drivers and keep the lows tight. I like this driver but might consider a 3rd order high pass at 2500 Hz for the tweeter to extend the treble.

With only a total of 10 cabs being made (4 and 8 ohm, mine's 8 ohm) before it was discontinued it doesn't surprise me it's not on their website. I dunno why it was so short-lived. From what I read here on TB it was quite well received at NAMM. There are only two in the Netherlands of which I have one. I've seen pictures of a bass player who uses two (sumoband on Instagram). Perhaps we TF410V owners could start a very small club... :)

Thanks! Yes, the bass took me six years (off and on) to complete. Definitely more involved than the cab. 😂
