The Fender P-bass is my favorite bass of all time. I love the neck, the punch, the feel, the grind...
...but, even *I* have to admit-- if you've played one, you've played 'em all.
Therefore, I'd take the Alembic. Especially if it was an Orion, and the wizard was able to predict exactly how I'd like it.

On the altar before you in a bright glowing light lies a true 1950's model Fender P all original and next to it a high dollar custom series II Alembic. Before you choose he explains that once chosen it becomes bound to you and you can never sell it only play it for the rest of your days. Choose wisely chosen one for your new quest awaits!
What size neck is the Fender? If it's an A then the choice is harder to make for me. I really am not crazy about anything Fender and I do own an Alembic Triple Omega. I would probably choose the Alembic anyway.

something tells me that this particular wizard would be wielding the fender after using his powers to transform it into the steve harris signature model.

Provisionally, the Fender; that's assuming I can try it first.
Contrary to the seemingly prevalent ignorance, Fender made some real dogs in ALL years.
I believe that I've figured it out. Normally one would simply type it, but for this adventure on TalkBass you would actually need to play "xyzzy" perfectly in order to score both basses! 
Steve Harris wouldn,t know what hit him with stealth 51 pups,the thumpers are 14k and the stealth 51,s go further.
