Olinto, Sadowsky or Bacci?

P.S. all three basses sound good. My preference was the Olinto. It sounds more like a bass guitar in this context - like a souped-up jazz bass. The other two sound more like sequencers, which is not a bad thing, they just have a little less of the sonic 'character' I like to hear in a bass guitar.

Yes that was a great bass. But the 20’ threw me of and in the end I could not bond enough with the bass. But it sounded very good indeed!

All Sadowsky are hands down thee best. I’ve also owned an Alleva Coppollo, which are okay Be it an early build. I always lean towards Sadowskys.

I’m on “Team Olinto”. But they all sounded excellent, and the playing was very good, so that helps a lot.

The player’s technique and touch are the difference maker. Maybe I should listen through headphones, but he sounds great on all three basses to me.
