I have to say it is refreshing to come to a site where Jessica is not getting bashed. She has gained weight, but no where near as obese as the magazines make it seem. Shes still a pretty girl.

If you get to see Tony Romo, tell him Curious Mind says Hello and that he better win a Superbowl or else I will kick him in the shins.

Tony is probably under more pressure than any other player in the entire NFL...I can't even fathom the load he carries...I've lived in this city (Dallas) for a long time...and The Cowboys are "KING" down here...There is nothing else but "win"...and I am behind them all the way...and believe whole heartedly that Tony Romo will be behind Center when this team wins it's 6th Superbowl...

Well, the title says it all...Our band is opening a show for Jessica Simpson next week...LOL...and her Boyfriend Tony Romo is going to be there as well...

Actually, I'm kind of excited. I have always thought she was hot, and with all the recent "crap" she's been dealing with about her weight...I'm curious to get an up close look at her. I suspect she will look great...

Anyways...more to come (after the show)...

Yep...we were honored to get to play a show (Riverfront Blues Fest in Ft. Smith, Ark) a couple of years ago with Anthony Gomes, Joe Bonamassa, and Sonny Landreth.

Bonamassa was amazng...Eric Czar was playing bass with him at that time, and if you aren't familiar with Eric's work...check him out...he is one bad a** mofo....I got to hang out with Eric for most of the day...

Sonny Landreth was amazing as well, but he and his band were not as sociable as Bonamassa and his band were...

Oh, and we went into town after the show with Anthony Gomes and his band and partied until the wee hours...

I have a jessica simpson story...

In 2005, I was in Iraq working as a contractor... I found myself stuck at the FOB (forward operating base) near Tikrit called FOB Speicher... There was a NASTY stand storm brewing, and so all flights were cancelled (hence my stuck state) - So I need to secure a hooch for the night. After dealing with the some pogues from the guard unit I was supporting, an MWR guy stepped up and gave me and my buddy keys to a "condo" at the far end of the base to use. Normally, these condos are off limits for some reason, but they were having a flood of folks being stuck there because of the standstorm - including Ms. Simpson, who was doing a USO tour thing and had to set down in a place she *did not* want to be!

They keys we got were for the condo next door to where Ms Simpson and her entourage were staying. And yes, we snooped around (for contractors, we were pretty salty!) - but no joy. She was hunkered DOWN in there, guarded by some goons from blackwater/triple canopy or something. No chance to jam, play cards or do naile with her or ANYTHING!

So no, I never did get to meet her, but for one night, at least, I was Ms Simpson's neighbor... In a sandstorm... In a very bad place.

I miss her. Jessica, if you're reading this, call me!

Whoever mentioned the outfit is 100% correct. I think she looks great, she has matured some from her Daisy Duke days and added some weight but I think she carries it well. Those jeans just dont show it off favorably.
