I'm in the market for a new head. My Markbass Little Mark Tube 800 has let me down for the last time and I'm ready to fire it into the sun and move on.
I've been doing some research over the past week (reviews, demos, user videos, etc) and I think I've narrowed it down to four prospects, in no particular order:
Boogie Subway D 800
Aguilar Tone Hammer 700
Darkglass Microtubes 900 v2
GK MB Fusion 800
I'd like to keep my Markbass 104HR and Traveler 151p cabs (both are 8 ohms, FYI) and hopefully one of these heads will sound great thru these.
Would love some feedback on any of these amps and potential combination with my Markbass cabs.
