How are you running the amp... bridged or separate channel per each cab? If you are running a separate channel for each cab and the cabs are 8ohms, that's not much power. You would be better off in that case to find an integrated head or a 'stereo power amp' that can run optimally into a combined 4 ohm load. However, then you would have the problem of the 210 probably being overpowered and the 410 being underpowered.
If you are currently running bridged into both cabs (which I believe gives you 1000+ plus) and you aren't getting enough headroom, then there is something else wrong with your rig (preamp to poweramp mismatch based on preamp output level, etc., etc.). Assuming you have two 8ohm cabs, you might want to, just for the heck of it, borrow a moderate power integrated head like an EdenWT550 and A/B it with your current rig. You might be surprised at how powerful and punchy an integrated amp head running into the optimum impedance (usually 4 ohm) and designed for bass can sound versus a preamp and power amp not designed for bass that might have some input, output, impedance, etc. mismatches.
Also, if you are running bridged, I never found the 210/410 combination very satisfying.... the 210 tends to have too much power going into it, and the 410 tends to be underpowered... the worst of all worlds, with the 410 not getting enough power to open up, and the 210 being pushed to clip and fart.
