Orange Tiny Terror 500 vs MarkBass TTE 500

I have never had the chance to A/B them. But I own a the TTE 500 and it is an amazing amp. 
Nice and clean at low and medium volumes, and then get nice and fuzzy when you crank it. IMO it looks better than the Orange too, i mean common, it glows MB yellow.
But in all seriousness, you cant beat the TTE, great for Rock n Roll and any other "heavy" music. Cheers!

I compared both (albeit at different shops the same day) and went with the TTE. I found it a little warmer, and with the gain up had less of a solid state sound to it. Both good heads, but a tube driven high end rolloff and a simple but effective on-board compressor is tough to beat for the dough.
If you have the choice go fo the TTE. It has it all!!! It can produce warm rounded sounds, punchy driven and hard rocky sounds as well as a great slapping sound. All round it is a fantastic amp as are the cabinets.
I was wowed by a TTE at GC this week. Nice amp. I have not purchased a new amp, ever. The Crate BX-80 my folks got for me in high school doesn't count. So yeah, I'm a used type guy. But this one seems worth the $$$.
Are the tubes in the tte 500 user replaceable?. i know in the markbass tube 500 and 800 the preamp tube is hard wired and can only be replaced by an approved service centre
