Ordered my first Bass...

so sometime next week it should show up in the mail. I wanted to buy a bass from Rondo music for my first one but being in Canada it sounded like too much og a hassle so i researched on this site and found out about Fret City.

The products seem to be comparable to Rondo so today i placed my order, jazz style bass with a sunburst finish, here is the link, hope it is ok to post.

Once i receive it i will play around with it by myself for a couple of weeks, to get familiar with it, then it will be time to sign up for lessons to actually learn how to play it.

I will post my impressions but keep in mind i am not a bass player so they won't mean much as i have no experience with a bass, but i will take some pictures and post them.

Make sure you take it in and get it setup properly before you play it too much. Most basses need to be "setup" after purchase, especially if buying direct. Better to do it right the first time, and it's a good habit to start. Then your learning on something that's going to sound right, feel right, play right and won't disappoint.

looks to be made in either China or Taiwan.
Definitely will take it in for a setup before i start lessons.
