I was in a local store today, and the salesman showed me an original (Pre-Fender) SWR Redhead. It was super clean. They wanted $575 for it. That sounded like a good price to me, what do you guys say?

Did it have the front cover for it?It is used to tilt the amp upward if you want. There also was a Super Redhead .The Redheads can handle a 2 ohm load also.Think they are about 400-450 watts but cant remember for sure?I had one of the early ones in the late 80,s or early 90,s.
If it's 450 watts it's one of the newer ones.I think that's high. The Markbass is lighter and may be a couple of bucks more but lighter means a lot today.
I keep a Super Red Head at home. It's too heavy to gig but it sounds great.
I got a pair of the last PAS 10" speakers before SWR sold out. This amp is great. They'll be burying me with it.
But it's too heavy to gig.
