Ouch

Ouch been there but drop my double bass guitar gig bag on my big toe strap pin hit broke the toe also the toe exploded needed stitches not a fun time

Mine doesn't hurt so much now! Wow that must have been painful....
Yeah I had on Converse ones I went to throw the gig bag on my back and the one strap let go as the Fender P and my Jackson 2b were rushing towards the blacktop below I stuck out my foot to break the fall it is a Fender double gig bag and it doesn't have much padding the bottom so I was in a ton of pain right off, but I didn't release I was busted open till I removed my sneaker. It took a couple of months to get it back to looking like a normal toe, the nail fell off the whole nine yards
 
Not bass related, but years ago on a vacation I had to retrieve something from the back of my '70's Dodge Maxivan. Climbed up on the rear chrome bumper with bare feet. Middle toe sunk down below the edge of bumper unbeknownst to me. Couldn't understand when I jumped back down why my foot stayed there and caused indescribable pain. Luckily it was my left foot and van was an automatic. Still ruined my vacation.
