Ah, gotcha. Sorry 'bout that, I'm sitting here half asleep after working all night....Need to get some sleep soon so I can make it to another TBer's first show tonight up in Indiana (metallicafan18).
That color combo really is nice.....The more I think about it, the more I want that bass.
Already did that once, that's when I got the Electron Blue Mexi. If I do it, it'll be have to be QUICK so as not to be distracted by the brilliance of the Ps.
Good to know that someone else fell for the Electron Blue.
Mine was used though, and I put a nice ding in it when I dropped a pedal on it.

The cover itself works just great as one on a pbass.

You could use the cover as a thumbrest, and you can use the pickup bell as a palm rest.
For some, yeah. I like my 'rests a little further toward the neck though. And while I love the way they look, covers just get in the way on my Ps....

And y'know what? I don't think I ever got a number way back in October. Not that it matters, I think I'm just about numbered out now, but I just realized it.

I use mine as a thumb rest. Without it, I find that I play over the pups and I bump them once in a while. I like the covers on my P's. My jazzes run naked and free......hippies. LOL
Here are my two P Basses. My wife bought me the '07 Tony Franklin for Christmas (she's so good to me) and I bought the '08 American Standard last Friday. They're both amazing basses!

Different strokes is right, heck I don't use 'em myself anyway, but as far as they go, I can see their uses.
