After searching high and low I finally found a medium scale (32") P Bass. It's not in great shape so I'll have to do some work on it and new parts.

Anyone know if the body is the same size as a regular (34") P Bass with just a shorter neck? Thanks.

Don't know, but look at the position of the bridge in comparison to a regular scale P...

Don't know if it counts, but it surely does sound like a single coil P. It just has a couple of other options too. She's the one on the right. A Stambaugh Fossil.

Hmmm... more like a "T-Bass"! Same thing I guess.

Bump for a new P-Bass! It's a rarity; Squier Standard Precision Bass V, yes, 5-string, with two single-coil Jazz pickups. They'll soon be replaced with Fender MIM Jazz V pickups, as the stockies have no coil under the B-string. Will post pics as soon as I get 'em installed!

Been trying to get decent pictures with my phone, but to no avail...I'll have to get a camera.

In the meantime, I'm using 3 SX Ursa 1's with the string trees removed:
