What a beaut! How does the neck feel with no lacquer on the back, out of interest ? Does it get a bit "slow" when your hands sweat, or is it sealed with something like wax ?

I'm seriously considering doing that to my '55 CS Relic, as the nitro lacquer gets really sticky.

Thanks, Worker. She's got a great thump to her. I was testing a couple of the new Amer. Std. P's at GC yesterday. Very nice and impressive. But I just haven't found a P that I like any more than this '75.

Hey, Belaxa. Yours is looking good, too! But you have two advantages that I don't: You have the pickup cover and the original case. Neither of those were with mine when I picked it up about 13 years ago.
