P Bass color question

I have this yellow P Bass USA. I bought it from a church and the pastor had passed away. Looking around to try and find the name of this color. I can only find this for a limited run. Does anyone know bout this color? It's all original.

It could be 2 colors... really yellowed out Olympic White... or more likely Monaco Yellow, which was one of several "international colors" that Fender started offering in 1979 into the early '80s. The headstock of the bass shows that it is definitly from that era, so it could be either color. To give you a better idea, unscrew the pickguard and if it's more of a white or cream color under there (especially in the body cavities), then it's olympic white. If it's still very yellow (like the outline from the cover that you can see, that used to be on the bridge), then it's probably monaco yellow.

Yellowed Oly White was my first guess too. Compare to my 1970 Oly White matching headstock Jazz Bass:

Nice bass! Yeah, Im guessing Olympic White that yellowed as well....back in the 90s, this was considered very desirable by collectors but Im not sure if that trend continued or not

Question for the gurus: I thought Oly White yellowing happened when gigging basses were taken to smoky/nicotine filled environments for very extended periods?

I was convinced that my used 1985 Peavey Fury was yellow for years until I pulled off the pickguard. To my surprise it was white as snow under there. The back of the bass was only slightly yellowed. It seemed to me that the previous owner hung the bass on the wall for many years.
