page hangs on "posting quick reply, please wait"

About 4 out of 5 times that I enter a "quick reply", the page hangs on the posting notification indefinitely. But if I hit "refresh", the page reloads properly with the quick reply posted as it should be. This just started yesterday.

When I push send to post on the forum I keep getting "ERROR" you can only post everything 30 seconds, you have to wait for 15 seconds to try again.
Also the same thing for PM too.
I'm using my iPhone and I have updated TB 1.4.5

I've noticed a lot of double posts today, too, so it's apparently happening to everyone.
